Dual wield and double attack

I swear I seached endlessly for this, but can anyone tell me the current rates for dual wield and double attack? I know in the past it was something like (Skill + Level)/470 for double attack and (Skill + Level)/420 for dual wield. And if anyone knows the effects of ambidexterity and ferocity that would be spiffy.

In regards to Yoda....WHAT? I don't think anyone follows what you mean. I'm not sure if thats a reply to the original post, or just random junk...care to elaborate?

Me thinks he meant: no matter what the numbers they are probably not working right. "are as indented" being a substitute for "working as intended" to drive home the point about QA at SoE.

Has my skill translating Yoda speak increased?
