Replacement for SoTB help requested

I looked in the aggro weapon sticky and did not see an answer to the following question:

I was wondering if someone can tell me a droppable 1hander that has a good hate proc (other than a BoC) that will work on mobs past level 65. I need a new one to replace my SoTB.

SoTB / CHoS hate works just fine on mobs > level 65. You just won't get the 0sec stun affect.

Bardeil, Please excuse my noobness. I really am clueless on this Proc stuff :-(

I am not quite sure what you mean by that. Can you please ellaborate for me. are you saying that the 66+ mob will get the 75 damage but the stun will be resisted? If so will the resisted stun cause any amount of hate and how much hate does the 75 damage produce?

Like I said im really weak on the Proc stuff. Please bare with me..

Yes resisted stuns, even on stun immune mobs, still=aggro. Ask any pally.

The effect on CHoS / SotBs will always produce the same aggro, resistet or not.
So it will work fine on higher level mobs, you just don't stun them anymore.

the weapon procs like the CHotS and the SotBS are ok for warriors. i just have the blade and some other weapon both having 20/12 and 19/11. the CHotS+SotBS= anger weapons. u can add other procs on ot it like the heated blade aug from nro, the icicle strike from EF or get anger augs

Thanks a bunch for the very good news.. Being in a guild that is not at the PoP raiding level, I dont see me getting a better off hand aggro 1 Hander than the SoTB in the forseeable future. We just started exploring SSRA so hopefully I can get a nice upgrade but it's gonna be awhile.
