Ogre frontal stun

So pretending that I understand how this works, ogres do not get stunned from the front, right? With that in mind, will illusiongre yield the same effect? Because if I could turn myself into an ogre and then shrink (because small = sexy) then would I be immune to stuns? Would be pretty l33t for a gimp enchanter $$

to mellee stun yes.

Believe works on illusions, since I loose it on illusions.

Also iksar and troll illusions give the benefit of regen, and you gain/loose sight effects with illusions too.

Ogre illusion does not give you stun immunity, and using illusions does not remove the stun immunity if you are naturally an ogre. Illusions will however remove the ability to slam if you change to a race that cannot slam.

I've noticed when I'm in PoV the spiders can stun me. I'm an Ogre and nothing else ever stuns me from the front. But those damn spiders in PoV always stun me when I fight them. I'm usually in NDT when it happens. I'm not sure why , just thought I would throw in my 2 cents.

Yeah it does, I never get stunned, unless it's a spell, with the illusion.

I mean I'd like to believe that it'd work, for my sake, but are you sure that it wasn't just stalwart endurance kicking in? iirc, that gives a msg (you avoid the stunning blow), right? Something that I'm going to have to try tonight. If I could get away with doing that, then I want my aa refunded from maxing persistant casting ><

you get stunned in ogre illusion. when my paladin gets ogre illusion he still gets stunned /shrug. but of course when my warrior goes into another illusion he never gets stunned /hug ogres

Easy way to test, is put ogre illusion on a non Ogre.

Duel them, and either see if shield stuns them, or go beserk and use mighty strick disc.

Can do the same with an ogre with a different illusion.

Come to think about it, think I don't get mellee stuned in different illusions, use to click off illusions for boss mobs, but few I did with gnome to corner tank, don't think I got stunned.

Natural Ogre being under any form = no melee stun.
(100% sure, im ogre under illusion 95% of the time, and never stunned)

Any non-ogre under ogre illusion = no stun immunity.
(95% sure, never done extensive testing myself as i am ogre, but done small tests and got stuns while being under ogre illusion)

Spiders in PoV proc a stun. Stun resist is the only mod that has any effect on spell stuns.

But you only get that from stalwart endurance & stun resist (?) stuff, right? I mean, as a level 20 ogre, you're not going to see anything about avoiding stunning blows, but you're just not going to see any stun messages from stuff attacking you front the front - correct?
