Level, delay, dmg bonus table?

Is there a table out there somewhere that takes your lvl and delay of a given weapon and then calculates your dmg bonus? Surely they've figured out the formula or very nearly by now.

If anyone can post a link, I would be grateful, as it would make planning a gear upgrade route much easier.

Well, 1H weapons are just (level-25)/3 rounded down, as far as I recall.
