DW question

I don't dual wield anymore, but I do bot a bard and was trying to think of the best weapon for him. I already created the Extravagant Infused Ruby Inlaid Spear for my warrior and can easily make it for him. But i've been away from the DW game for so long I'm honestly not sure what would be the best for his main hand and secondary?

Would two spears be good or would a spear and a Extravagant Infused Spiked Sap be good, or something else i'm completely overlooking.

Depends on what you can get, if you can't get T4 weaponry the crafted stuff is great, Ratios like the T3 stuff and almost T4 stats, Personally til I got T4 I used one of the spears.

I always go with the highest tier and never even try to equip an alt until I'm flagged there. Why waste the plat on augging? I pled an alt and she's naked still since she's not T4.

Outside of calculating the auged ratio, delay isn't all that important. I parsed it a couple years ago on my beastlord (lvl85), and each point of delay was worth about 0.005 points of ratio, as I recall it (numbers on bst forums somewhere). Bards have less double attack than a beastlord did at that time, but hSTR and similar effects have grown in size somewhat, so I'd upgrade that to maybe 0.01 or so.... Main point is that delay isn't as big of a deal for non-warrior/ranger/monk.

Heck, for alts, I'd mainly look at availability. None of the weapons are that divergent from others that you'll notice it hugely.
