"Early" MMM level guild looking for a warrior

If you are looking for a guild/server with a more relaxed, more friendly atmosphere, lower pressure raid style, Resolution of Erollisi Marr may be it. We are looking for 1 or 2 warriors to strengthen our home.

RAID INFO:

• Times: Sunday - Thursday, 7:30-11:30pm eastern (4:30-8:30pm pacific)
• Needs: Warriors who can raid about 12 hours a week out of the 20 we raid (but we won't turn away a higher play time).
• Progression Targets: Crystallos (Meldrath downed 1/28/09), other SoD raids
• Farm Targets: SoD (Queen Malarian), SoF (all MMM mobs, Soulbleeder, BMK3), occasional trips to Solteris, and rare trips to SoF Tier 2 mobs or Wirlem/Octa

REQUIREMENTS:

• Skill: Quick reactions, focused personality, understands aggro (obtaining and losing) and works well in a team environment
• Level/AA: Level 85 (desired), 81+ (required) with 500+ AA's
• Flagging: MMM group key done
• Raid experience/gear level: Negotiable (we are looking for at least 1 player who can easily and quickly slip into a key role for success). That said, willingness to learn/grow are essential if we do take a warrior with gear/experience lower than where we're raiding. We're not afraid of teaching.

Don't meet these but are close? Ask our recruiters about our "Pledge" status. It's a (mostly) non-raid status where we'll still tag you and give you guild support to meet requirements and then once you do, you can start your 4-week trial/Probie status. No need to use your old guild to meet our requirements.
