Since this just popped up in the database and we are getting access to some of the SoD zones early, I wonder if this isn't a reward for one of the quests you can do in the zones before SoD drops. If not, I wonder if we will get an early crack at it, if so, that will totally change my pre-expansion plans.

It looks like it might have been deleted from the database. There is no lucy entry and the Alla's entry now lists no name and the error: Could not find entry id 76783
