Just what the post says, I realize the next xpansion is almost here but better late than never, our guild uses the guild banner strictly for guildies to reach us on our raid, I always for some reason assumed the massive hp the higher end guilds got from them was from a form of progression, ive since had reason to believe its not quite that complicated.

If there are componants that any guild can put together to make their banner give 1500 hp can someone please tell me how.

If someone has a link to a detailed Guild Banner explination please post for me.

Ive spent the past hour doin searchs and looking through library so if its right in front of my face just give me a link to the other thread cause I couldnt find it.

You find the banner you want, you find the ingredients you need (all in the banner interface) and you buy them from the vendors in the fellowship building in PoK.

only officers can plant guild banners.

The list of available banners is available from within the guild tool

look at one you like and see what components it needs, then go to the vendors in pok and buy the bits you want.

Once you have bought the 3 components you should then be able to plant the banner when you have enough people together in zone.

Most people seem to go for the 1500hp banner.

Vendor is in the hut next to the nexus stone in POK. Ingrediants you need will depend on how much of a bang you want for you buck. I beleive GM HP Banner of Health (hp banner) costs about 3 or 4k a pop. You have to buy the appropriate Dye and the appropriate Kit, just make sure you are at the banner vendor and not the campfire vendor(yes I did this once, was pissed).

As they stated earlier, only someone with an O tag can plant it. They last an hour, and the banner will pull it self up, when it expires, so if you are getting near the end of your timer, make sure you pull up the old one and plant a new one, there is nothing worse than having a Banner planted in a zone you can use it to transport to, when you have a complete wipe, and are waiting for mobs to reset, and it pulls it self up.

Oh, and I thought the GM banner was 2khp? I could be wrong tho.

I apreciate the responces I will check this out. Not a officer so didnt know about the guild tool, but I will be buying the ingrediants and supplying them to a officer next raid =P

Those are the campfires, I haven't done one for banners yet but banners do the exact same things. If you want the best banner then you normally want grandmasters blah blah.

All items are no drop, you can't give them to your officers.

You can also mix campfires and guild banners if the affects are different enough to stack. We use hp campfires as it is the most common stat for our tanks to increase on fights. Then we use the mana regen guild banner on occasion when we need a caster boost for the long fights.

Any tips on what Guild Banner is in style these days? Our GL asked me to research current banners for current raids (T3 and up) to aid us. Anyone out there using banners and which do you find most effectiv? Thanks!

We generally have a generic travel banner at the NPC to zone in. Half the time we seem to be unable to use the banners in the instance.
