Gear/AA advice

Magelo is mostly up to date.

All it's missing is a new powersource from last night that will be going in the breastplate.

Currently working on augs from RSS, planning to get 1 more power source for a second bracer, and the skeletal hand aug off and on. Also planning to swap the aug in my tradeskill ear for the DoN shielding or avoidance one, undecided yet.
I do eventually plan to work towards praetorian gear, but probably won't be soon.
(1.5, BoTE, and the ranged horn from mpg trial are currently bagged on magelo, but are what I normally wear)

So, with that said, any advice on gear to pick up? Anything obvious I'm overlooking?

And for AA's, are there any truely glaring things I've missed so far that should be concentrated on right away?

dauntless perserverance has been one of my favorite utility aa, so nice to not get stunned on inc~

and pta is another nice utility aa, not quite so needed with the push changes lately, but still nice to have.

dont see any glaring aa holes (other than maybe planar power /shrug) youre at the point where you can start getting some nice utility/fun aa~

Finish Sturdiness, and Flurrys. No need to buy PTA, you alrdy have grappling strike, and if you need to push a mob, just put your back to it, and hit grapling.. works same way as PTA.

As for gear. Start in on TBS missions, it will take alot of them to get ally, but the gear is very nice, and the exp you get farming missions isnt to bad. Get a group, and go to FC and get the war only class ring, the mob spawns every 70 min without a ph, and his other drop is a 90hp/mana/end melee aug, so its easy to get people to help.

I'll have a look at that warrior ring. It's especially interesting as we've been discussing giving frostcrypt a shot, as well as Katta missions.

That's sorta what I was figuring on the AA front, more swings, more hp, and delay death.
I don't raid enough/big enough stuff to prioritize shield block/specialist yet, but I'll end up picking
it up eventually.

Personally, I would work on getting sets of Flameshield Stone and Shard of the Guardian augs. The Ilsalin Enforcer Medal 30/30 and is a guaranteed reward for completing the Last Migration hard mission. You could probably do the camp for the Jewel of the Stalwart in Valdeholm, as well, and that 200 DD aug Zerakt drops is probably good for someone you know. =)

I'd also work on capping avoidance. The belt from 69.2 hard is a quick 10 avoidance, the reef swimmer fetish from Deserting the Ranks hard is another 10, Ring of Dark Mists from 70.4 normal is another 10, that DoN aug you referenced is 5 more, that would put you at 94 avoidance including the Horn of Doomcalling. All three of those DoD rewards are guaranteed on a win.

I'm not sure how you would do in Zhisza, but assuming you can group there, Stonecarver spawns near the ZI and drops a neck with Improved Parry III.

If you can handle Icecrack in FC for that ring, you can definitely handle AG named and can farm the 30/60 aug and Ferocity III neck, which would also free up an aug slot. At this point, I'd suggest going for the neck from Zhisza, though, as the Preatorian BP has ferocity III and is the best BP you can get right now. It is definitely the first armor I'd buy from TBS. The quest for the Krithgor Bone Earstud is doable if you can fihgt into AG, and it's hard to beat for a groupable ear-piece.
