Hoar Frost and Ashengate~
TBS offers druids a new cold based attack debuff, known as Hoar Frost, allowing us to debuff fire resistant mobs.
If the Warriors of TSW were really interested in seeing just how much impact attack debuffing has, you could debuff The events in Ashengate (which have been exceptionally resistant to fire using Hoar Frost) and compare to previous parses where attack reduction was simply not possible. Other good mobs for comparison which directly come to mind are Hanvar (for those still doing Anguish) and the Girplan Scavenger in MPG. Hoar Frost does not stack with Corana, but offers more attack reduction at the expense of ac debuffing. The values are: Rank 1: -108atk, -23ac Rank 2: -113atk, -24ac Rank 3: -117atk, -25ac -Fenier |

It stacks with Hand of Ro. Not that it matters on fire resistant mobs, since Hand of Ro won't lland.

I will see what we can do with Lethar1/2. He can be debuffed with HoR but no further no matter how much sinise/HoS/Scents are on, it seems (-50) or worse check fire spells won't work (we've tried and tried!). HF is the perfect addition for the encounter
