Some lucky procs, especially with innate procs, poison procs, ect can do it. It happens often enough to me for short periods with a war using the same hate mod, same weapons, same aa's, ect. I just back off a sec and let him re-gain aggro. We get so many group procs, and innate procs, and twin proc, ect nowadays it's easy to over power the bazu/jeer/ect at least early on before he's established a good lead.
