Commanding Voice disc - When do you use it?

Been racking my head for a while thinking on where and when to use this. It does not seem very feasible to chain on every single mob, despite its great benefit. So far I have used it during these situations:

1. Named mobs. Duh
2. When there is an uncertain pull, I launch the disc to help puller/chanter get less hits.
3. When my HP gets really low, and I need that extra little bit to get that heal.

It seems like there isn't too much of a need to use it regularly. Most of the time our healers will be capable of handling the DPS levels of the mobs that we exp with, so I usually don't trigger this disc.

Anyone have suggestions on when to use this disc?

I keep it up constantly during all fighting. With all off the endurance AAs I don't have problems using it and Bazu on every fight. The only time I begin to run into issues is when I start throwing in other discs like Cyclone blade.

Edit: I also throw it up on pet puller pets before they take off. It greatly helps the pet survivability for the pull.

I pretty much use it exclusively on boss tanking if I remember to use it, which most of the time I don't, but I do use it on Redfang a lot and Devlin in his piercer mode especially. I don't bother with it on trash pulls.

Yeah I usually don't remember to use it. Has anyone parsed it at all? Maybe I should.

I use it mainly on boss fights, especially when the rampage tank is also in my group. Also use it sometimes on bad pulls to help keep healers, chanters alive til it's all sorted out.

While on raids, anytime a named is being tanked usually one of the warriors will see that it is kept up.

While grouping, I use it on named and whenever there is more than 1 mob inc.

When I am botting and my druid is the primary healer of the party, I tend to keep it up all the time so she has more nuke mana!

You should use it on anything that will be hitting you for at least 1 minute, which should be just about everything. The problem, like a lot alluded to, is remembering to use it, not when.

I am in the same boat as most people here, I mainly use it on boss fights and ugly pulls when I remember to use it.

I have the same overall endurance regen as you do - I can't possibly imagine having enough endurance to keep it up all the time. In exp groups I can't even use bazu every fight, I usually use incite. Your groups must be killing and/or pulling extremely slowly?

I use it on boss fights, when I'm tanking or when the mob is AE rampaging.

I think this is probably very likely... I recently maxed endurance aas and I find the biggest impact to my end pool is how fast the raid leader is pushing the raid. As an aside, I was somewhat disappointed with what the AAs bought me in regards to Endurance regen... I sort of assumed (hoped) I wouldn't have to worry about it so much.

If you run out of endurance it's because you use Bazu/Cyclone too much not because you used Commanding Voice too much unless you're buffing 4 groups with that.

Yeah, I was addressing his comment of: "With all off the endurance AAs I don't have problems using it and Bazu on every fight."

Maybe I misunderstood the context he was referring to - I'm sure on raids you have more downtime overall, but in exp groups there's no way in hell I can even generally use bazu in exp groups, and I only use it once to start each fight. With a good group there's no way to keep the endurance from bottom'ing out, unless you take breaks for AFKs and stuff every once in a while. Definitely couldn't add commanding voice on top of it.
