stupid newb question on an augment.

Anyone think a 5 AC aug on a blood earring of rage is worthwhile?

I got to do a few LDoN's and have almost enough points for a Jagged Marble Sphere of Protection. I don't have many options as of now and I "think" the extra AC will add a bit of levels to keeping it. Little Elf boy needs his stats

with an aug the placement isnt the question really. its an aug, not a gear slot, so your not giving up anything really to equip it. throw it on any slot it fits, ac is ac and yes imo its worth using until you can get the 510pt 10ac ones (my current problem is getting 2 more damn ldons done)

For me, the central issue concerning buying LDoN augs at this point in the game involves estimating how many more LDoNs you're going to do. The more you think you'll do, the less sense it makes to buy the lower-end augments.
If you think it will be years (!) before you can find enough people to do the missions you need for the top stuff (e.g., Anger III), buy the little stuff as soon as you can, use it until you get better, and move on.

The aug would fit nicely in your Heavy Rubicite Girdle tho

Well for augs I would put ac on Range/face slots first since those are the spot the Riftseekers augs don't go. That is for the high end tanks though for the most part.
