To confirm and expand on this. The spawn spots are notrandom spots, there seems to be 4 or 5 of them. I can't give you locs cuz I was too lazy to make note of them, just added flags to my ingame map at each approximate spawn spot. Once I got directions from the map, and got myself pointed, looked at map to see if it was one I had marked. If so I beelined to that spot, ran all around the area till either he spawned, or next map emote(which would be that the map had stopped working emote thingy). When I finally(after 8 different attempts, about 10 game nights all told...my luck sucks) got him to spawn, I had run the distance from the entrance to ramp, to a spot well NE of ramp in one go, and he spawned. So no distance check is involvesd, and by marking the approximatespots on your map, you can ensure you get max attempts per game night.

Ive been trying this last fight for 2.0 in Nobles Causeway all week, theres been alot of problems with it being bugged and we at one time had over 80 Brimblades all stacked on top of one another causing horriffic lag problems. Finally after camping out and despawning them a few times till we were at just 1 Brimblade, we engaged and sure enough massive lag, half the raid crashez, the other half freezes and cant move, this same sorta thing has happened 5 times now preventing us from any kind of a chance at finishing this. The event itself is rather trivial if we can work around the usual NC lagging and crashing issues. Anyone have any answers or go arounds? Apparently this has been happening on and off since May and no replies from SOE regarding a fix.

Is there a respawn time on Korbuk fight in NC or can he be done back to back?

Any idea how long Korbuk in NC stays up and how long it takes for him to be triggerable again?

Edit: found out the hard way =P If you pop him and don't engage him you have to wait almost 2 hours for him to be triggerable again.

That's odd. He repopped instantly when I got my epic and we killed him back to back.

It may have been a change done when the fixed him so there wouldnt be 80 Korbuks in NC. He popped for me before raid time, and despawned by the time the raid was called and we got there and would not repop. I even zoned out, redid my hail and "last items" to DS Korbuk and was COH'd back to the spawn point and he wouldnt re-pop. We found something else to do, came back 1.5-2 hours later and he popped.

I did my last 2.0 fight post change, and had no problem with a very slow to arrive raid, in fact, by the time we were ready, there was actually 2 Korbuk's up. We left one still standing when we left. This was about 2 weeks ago, and definatly after the event was 'fixed'. It looks to me like it is still a bit buggy, tho much better than it was before.

I agree with just about everything you stated. Now to add a bit to it.

I recommend bring at least one other person minimum, and here is why below.
The map becomes active at 7pm, but it does not point into a direction until 8pm. When the map points you into a direction, Larnik has spawned.
---He is not trackable, nor could I use closest NPC.
Run in the direction given for 10 to 20 seconds, and then STOP.
Another emote for a direction.
Run in the new direction given for 5 to 10 seconds.
Repeat per emote.

When you get close to where he has spawned, he will pop (USUALLY behind you)and start running to the middle on his way to Kael ramp. I do not know if he actually runs down the ramp, as I never let him get that far lol.

Because he can pop out of hiding behind you, THIS is why I recommend at least one other person to be with you. That person can lag behind and watch for Larnik.

You can Hail him all day long, but he will keep running. You have to say, "Korbuk sent me." for him to stop.

My stats for the fight: 15.5khp, 2875AC, Sh34%, Max resists, Max Def AAs
---I used furious so grp could catch up and start heals
---Bellowed, slam, cyclone blade every opportunity
---Used defensive dual wielding bbob/1.5 for max agro
---Switch to shield when defensive fell
---I had over kill in grp all with some anguish gear: clr, clr, dru, war, war,

Larnik --> HP did not parce. Proc'd once for ~3.5k. Max hit was 995, many low 200's. Tripled but never quaded. With our dps, he lived about 3mins 25 secs.

GL and have patience spawning him. Send me a tell in game if this info helped

Interesting have searched the web for the Warrior Epic 1.5 and have found nothing. This post is helpfull. ? though Korbuk Brimblade is in Drans Scar as indicated by the 2.0 walk through I got from Casters Realm.

3 - Hail Fazzle Thumpkin in Iceclad Ocean [+3943, -20005, +46].

The frozen pestle was not there after i ran and hailed fazzle and ran to the loc. how long does it take the ground spawn to pop after hailing fazzle? cause if its instant then somethings wrong...

The pestle is not at any certain loc. The dragon statues in Iceclad, it can spawn behind any of them.. Meaning that it can be anywhere in the zone basicly.

Also, note, on the Larnik fight. me and a druid duoed with me unbuffed(minus steeloak, skin of reptile, shield of arcane, frost shield, form of defense and Druid Ds). Druid(one of best geared on server) was almost out of mana.

Doing 2.0 tonight.. for hours in EW trying to find Larnik. Sat at top of Kael ramp, to the north, to the south, to the east.. by kael zone in. .nothing each time. Had map on cursor and the entire time it said "The map doesn't appear to be leading you anywhere".

I'm crashing now, after 7 hrs, that was enough. Anyone else do this recently? I've talked to 3 people in my guild that have done it, they even came out to help me because they thought I was in the wrong spot.... but alas, nothing spawned and no message other than the one above. I had a bot sitting at the top of ramp should he have spawned and run towards Kael too.

Any possibilites of something I did wrong?

The map only activates between 7pm and 7am gametime.

It also seems to be on a trigger for the zone, so if another warrior is there triggering the map, yours wont work until the delay time has passed.
