Sol Invictus raids Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday 7:30 - 12 eastern. The Warriors we want need to maintain at or near 100% attendance.

Basics: Have or be working hard on finishing all defensive agro and HP aa through current expansion. Should be ready to start working hard on offensive AA as well.

Level 95, or working to 95 as a priority.

Attitude: Warriors and other tanks in SI do work together as a team quite a bit more than in other guilds.

Take direction, work well with others, and have a good positive attitude....and you will do fine.

Our tanks are responsible for initial crowd control 100% of the time. We expect you to be "heads up" and highly aware of your surroundings at all times. React very FAST when we get adds, when incs are called, as all instructions are provided in class channels.

Our ship is a tight one. We will be honest with provide you with feedback regaridng your performance. If you are willing to learn and work together, you'll be amazed what our team is capable of!

Gear is a plus. There is no specific requirement there.

If you are lacking gear wise, it will affect what assignments we can give you, but we will train and gear you. What we look for is talent, fast reaction times, attitude, and brains. If you have that, we'll take care of the gear.

Flag wise you should have your VoA Record Book. if you do not have this, you may still apply, but your trial membership will not start until you obtain one.

You should be working on your VoA language as well. If you don't have the necessary skill you need to be able to work on getting it ASAP once tagged.

We need Warriors who we can count on, attendance wise, and are capable of doing what is required during complex raid events!

Being able to stand your ground and hold agro on one mob for a 10 Minute Burn is NO LONGER the standard for what is required of Warriors in current day raiding. Being adaptable and agile is key.
