Mak, you can always update Magelo by hand (that's what cheap fuggers like me do;p)

To have it show correct server, might need to start a thread on magelo forums.

Weapon dependent. For me it was pretty even around SS8 and ahead consistently at SS10.

I just register with a new email account every time I want to update and get a new 10 day trial.

I've yet to see 2handers pull ahead of sword and board again but I remeber Sword and board dps wise started pulling even pretty early, and with the extra survival of the shield I could last the bit longer for the DPS reduction.
