That makes total sense to me, the only time I get the interrupt message is when I don't have my shield equipped.

That make sense for me never seeing the message too, since i ALWAYS have my shield equipped lol.

I've been seeing this for the last couple months now. I set a window up for my spells and failures them went hand to hand on the practice dummies in the hall. Infusion of rage is being interrupted. Then i checked each weapon I had in my bags individually and the procs on them are also being interrupted. I looked a couple of the spells up on Lucy and see that they are tagged as instant cast but also as interruptable. I have the logs and the parses of the dummy fights if anyone wants/needs them.

Do the interrupts happen on a live mob e.g. not a guild hall practice dummy?

it is not infusion of rage nor your weapons/augs proc that are interrupted. if you parse them you will found the exact same ppm as planned. and if you compute the ppm of the interrupt message you will have a meaningful amount. additionally, you will have no interrupt message when using a shield.
this means that what is interrupted is the ISS proc that improve shield aggro.

Ok so correct me if I'm wrong (gently please) what you're saying then is that when I'm not using a shield the shield aggro proc is being interrupted?
