High kindly should do afaik.

You don't need ally. Which ever is lower: kindly / warmly will do.

doh! My bad, you have to have ally for armor turn ins. Kindly is good enough for gaunts/belt turn in. Of course, with the effort required to get kindly, you might as well get ally, its not much more once you have gone that far.

I am amiably so that should make it about 20 or 30 more heads then i just have to camp KT to spawn before someone kills him.

You just need *high amiably* and when you hail him, he will give you the quest and the turnin works.
