Newbie: Weapon Abbreviations

I know BoC is Blade of Carnage but, I've seen more then one item that could be CHoS. Please give me a list of the weapon abbreviations and there corresponding weapons!

The sticky is in the Library and is quite extensive. I did in fact read the whole library before posting on this site, seeing as how that was part of the rules for posting.
