That's basically the idea behind the sticky posts. They don't really stop people from posting the same old questions, that's just the way the internet goes, but you can at least refer them to it instead of answering the same old questions over and over hehe. If you know of something that's not covered in the sticky posts write it up and it can be added to them.

really you are going to sticky a few items, otherwise it crowds the room.
