On alla's it's listed as marvelous visions, a 30% haste plus 50 STA.

On Maglelo it's listed as miraculous visions, which is only a 30% haste.

Can I get a confimation before I end up buying these?

you buy the ornate molds(which are not no drop, just cost an arm and a leg, all 100k+ on my server if they are sold), then it's a small quest/forging process to make the armor... i still don't have a piece yet so, i'm not 100% sure.

The effect was originally Marvelous Visions, which is the same as the belt from THO (haste and stamina). They changed it a few patches back to eliminate stacking issues with shaman / BL stamina buffs, so now it's just a 30 percent clicky haste.

Well that sucks. That will certainly negate a part of my need for them.

As for the MQ thing, yes, you can actually purchase the mold, then head to Bor and purchase the emblem/forge, the smithing hammer is store bought, and the etherial sheets of metal are crafted but can be bought.

Basically, you can purchase all the parts to create the item itself.

Lucy gets there info straight from data packets, like Magelo, but they have to be submitted by players (just like Magelo, kinda) Lucy is almost always accurate with one Caveat: Check the date under the "updated" heading, most times it's within the last couple of days. This particular item wasn't updated since December of 2002.
