If the pic is on the web, click the IMG button above the message box while you are writing your post and paste the URL of the pic into the box that pops up.

If the pic is on your hard drive, click the browse button at the bottom of the page where it says "Attach File" and find the pic. Keep in mind that the max size is 100k, so you may have to convert the pic to a .jpg and hopefully trim it down a little before you can attach it.

And I guess most are males because the stereotype male is suposed to be strong and buff while the stereotype woman is small and fragile.
