Well seen Fabled Journeyman's Boots, Fabled SSoY, Fabled Cloth Cap, Fabled Screaming Mace, Fabled Executioner's Axe, Fabled Flowing Black Silk Sash, Fabled Raising Sword of Skarlon so far, anyone else messed with revamped mobs and seen some drops?

Fabled Ghoul Lord Quadded me for 1400ish undisced. Since they are the same con as the original it's been amusing watching people walk up to them and get splattered.

Event only supposedly lasts a week or so, time to get farming if you need it.

lets see, only mithril BP (17 ac) is now 61 ac, better stats than skyshrine or FH bp... FFBSS has 36% haste, 16 ac more stats than SS belt.... its insain

any try to do their epic turn in yet?

Was patched in last night, it's for EQ's 5 year anniversary.

Looks like most old world named mobs are Fabled and hit alot harder now. Vox and Naggy were not changed though.

Just killed The Fabled Froglok King... dropped regular crown and Fabled Mith 2-h sword... no haste on it though. 48/40, 7dex, 7agi, 40hp, 40 mana, 40 enc, 6 sv disease/cold/poison and +41 attack.

How do you get the fabled Jboots? Is it from doing the turn in to Hasten still?

Someone hollered in the bazaar that they dropped in Najena (didn't say what MOB tho) ... I am assuming that the quest is not the way to go - tried the Crafted Vambraces quest thinking that *mebbe* that's were the Fabled Crafted Vambraces came from - and that one is still the plain ol' dumped em on a vendor for 12 plat Crafted Vambraces. After that, I dumped 240p or so in the casino, and called it a night. :p

I beleive the fabled Ancient Cyclops drops them, so you do not have to do the quest. Also I read that these events and fable mobs are suppose to be ingame until the end of the month.

Anyone know what sort of force is required to take out the fabled executioner, I can two box combo 65 mage with assasinating water pet (for mobs under 46) and 62 beastlord, would that be sufficient?

I duo'd executioner once for my main for a cute little exe axe toy and once for my lvl 20 zerker that I camped down there, hits for alittle over 1k, flurry's enrages, summons, etc. lots of HP, used time equipped war and druid . Have seen full groups of 65's wipe to it since, not well equipped people though.

I saw Executioner, conned green so I decided to hit check him... hit me for over 1300. Escaped and a few minutes later I saw his flurry message, squished a 65 warrior in about 2 seconds flat who was unlucky enough to be factioning nearby.

so far i saw one of them 'edge of the nightwalker' swords ( 12/20 minor stats proc:ensnaring roots or some nonsense drop in QH off a big ass named skelly.. the dude was hollering it about the zone.

rest is just some wacky fine steel no-drop weapons.

So anyone know where to get Fabled Crafted Vambraces for sure. They are pretty nice. The jboots you have to have a key bc i saw someone selling it in POK. Kinda stupid if u ask me. O yeah wait time for jboots on Therris-Thule Tuesday was 6 hour minimum. Frenzy wait time was about 4 hours. Its pretty insane how many people came down to lguk for these drops the LEAST Ive seen down there is 28. O yeah I tanked the lord with a 65 shm 65 dru 65 cleric 57 bard. Wasn't that bad accually. When he rampages though that hurts even with defensive up.

Fabled JBoots are dropped off Fabled Drelzna in Najena. Roughly a 20 minute spawn, has 2 PHs if I recall correctly (one being the normal Drelzna), easy kill. I spent roughly 6 hours there yesterday and we had 4 drop.

There was a whole raid force in frenzy last night (I dont blame them). The list was 3-4 pages long. Would've taken me a lot of hours waiting in line to get one. Maybe Ill try next week when the crowd dies down a bit.

Fabled JBoots started off as targetable insta click sow ... according to test looks like the bat is swinging and now they will be self only 45% speed buff, well run 5 beat that by 5% ( SoW is 55%)

camped my FFBSS for 34 hours, in that time i picked up FSSOY and F exe axe.

i bash my server alot but they just restored my faith in player maintained order, 3 group raid ever since these started to drop, not any KS's to speak of, not one spot traded for pp (i was offered 600k from a friend, i was SOOOOO tempted)

really gota hand it to scales and tipyjen and her hubby, they really kept it fun and enteraining thru-out the wait.

While our raid on prexus was AE'ing the dead side everytime it respawned (gogo faction!) I thought I would mix it up by trying to pull the fabled king to frenzy... and it worked. Got myself a fabled mith2h. Only worked once though.

The problem I ran into is that after killing the guards in his room (was dumb of me since king can be single pulled) a shaman popped and sowed him when he respawned and I got owned trying to get back to dead side. I'm sure if I had some pumice on me I could have dispelled him on the pull. Oh well, was fun :) Got fabled fbss, exe axe, mith2h, and ee bag wute!

So far i've got the fabled jboots twice ( once for alt ), Fabled mithril 2 handed sword, fabled bag of sewn evil eye, and fabled
short sword of yekesha (spelling?). today i'm gonna do see if I can get the fabled mithril breastplate would love to have that 61 ac ). oh for those with questions on the mobs fabled drelzna (spelling?) hits for about 100 damage not bad at all for her boots.
the fabled king in lower guk hits for around 1000+. the fabled frenzied ghoul hits around 700+. I never got smacked by the fabled evil eye so i cant tell yall how much he hits for. the fabled ghoul lord hits for about the same as the king. they all have (except drelzna.) around 50k hp so they are pretty tough but when u have lots of people helping it isn't bad.

"Farm" implies you want to get these to sell? If so, you should know they are all no-drop.

Fabeled Mooto is green at 65 and should be soloable. Also guildie 65 ranger soloed Fabeled Dwarven Workboot ghost in Unrest last night. That one might be a bit tougher, but w/ a healer may be doable.

Other Fabeled Drops:

Fabeled Ghoul Assassian: Fabeled Serrated Bone Dirk 14/24 procs Dooming Darkness now.

Fabeled Ghould Cavalier: Fabeled Dark Reaver 47/40 procs insidous weakness now

Fabeled Mooto: Fabeled Cloth Cap still weak :D

Fabeled Ishva: Fabeled Robe of Ishva 90mana ft2(or1) and decent stats.

Fabeled Death Beetle: Fabeled Black Chitin Leggings 50hps nice stats for twinks.

The Fabled Garnil Rucksif in Unresy is super easy to solo. Cons light blut at 65, hits max 298. Just open with furious and a high dmg 2hander and he will kill himself basically. I killed 10 times and he never got me below 50% health.

Fabled cloaked dhampyre is a bit harder, hits 268, but is a sk ans HT right off the bat, has a few more hp.

Fabled maid issis is fairly tough. Hit me for 326 max (triples) and casts/summons. Had over 32k hp and I needed 2 druid 5k heals to take here, even with dmg shield up.

fabled reclusive ghoul magi hits for 181, easy.

fabled undead knight of unrest hits for 183, easy.

fabled undead barkeep hits for 171, easy.

The tough fabled you will run into are in solb and lguk.

The Fabled Emperor Crush and D'Vinn are easy, although the weapons dropped are mainly for chars. around 20 or so.
Fabled Screaming Mace and Fabled Dragoon Dirk I believe.

Finished with 13% life, from 8200 total. Used Stonewall, Furious then Mighty Strike wore off just as it died.

I camped my FJboots 11 hours before I got it; I was 9th in line when I started and we went through a few hours straight of not a single pop of her.

Yes, I was able to tank and kill her solo, I did most of the killing as alot of those waiting were either asleep (this was at 3 in the morning!) or casters.
