Haste Cap?

I've searched far and wide, and have yet to find a difinitive chart listing the haste cap at various levels.

Some sources say 100% haste at level 60, others say 95%, some say 110%.

Can someone point me to an accurate and recently updated chart that lists the haste cap all the way to level 65?

I always thought the highest you can have is 100% the highest that will take effect is 82% but I may be wrong
