Do AA's go away when you de-level past their requirement?

I have stalwart endurance and ingenuity 1, and when I drop back to 60, I still avoid stuns and still get crit procs.

Innate ones will retain their benefit, however I'm guessing that activated AA's (IE : rampage, Cann 5) will not.
