Gaunts - Sky Shrine
Helm - Cowl of Morality and change the CoF to a Hiero cloak
Or just get a SS helm

Myrmidon's Gauntlets will be a big upgrade... your gloves are your weakest slot. Also might want to consider picking up a featherwood or other elemental bow (I say featherwood cuz it has the stamina), they will help a lot with hps.
