SeM v. 2-handed Beasts

Okay I am very new to this site and it may have already been adressed before but....

I just got a SeM and put angerIII on it and my questions are:

1.) Would a SeM and another High delay weapon...say the Darkblade out tank a BoW?

2.) Even though the runeII effect is minimal in decreasing dmg taken, would a SeM and another High delay weapon..say the Darkblade cause a tank to take less or more dmg than w/ a 2h weapon...lets say a BoW :)?

Of course, if you meant out aggro, then DB and SEM would win, with a3 on both.

1) Out tank? Weapons don't tank, warriors do... if you mean out aggro... I'd say a DBotW w/ any decent offhand will out aggro a BoW in most occasions, though not 100% reliably.

2) The BoW will take less riposte damage. I use a DBotW/SoPP (both slow) and a VDD, and the VDD takes considerably less riposte damage, though the DBotW/SoPP takes a less than the popular DBotW/EoE combo.
