Garish Head Dress

Anyone got any information on the Garish Head Dress from GE:

It has a +10% taunt modifier, which sounded kind of nice, anyone have opinions on it?

Got one of these clearing to Grieg one day. My seat of the pants evaluation is that it helps. I tend to put it on when I'm doing experience and having aggro issues with a caster or rogue. On raids, if I'm MT I generally don't have aggro issues (guild is pretty well trained by this point) and if I'm ST I will be using AET to get aggro if needed.
