Ancient Prismatics....

Ok, so i lucky enough to get an AP Mace last night in ST. Its good, and even tho it looks gay, its primal. However there is one problem, the proc ratio. It would take 4-5 fights at 300 dex to get it to proc IN MY MAIN HAND. Is Warsword/Spear/Staff proc ratio this bad? Was i dumb for taking Mace cause of proc ratio?

Pretty sure the AP mace has the skull-on-a-stick look (i.e. hategiver, ribcracker etc.)

Pretty sure the proc ratio is the same on all 1 hand primals/prismatics. Sounds like you just have some bad luck =/

It's just bad luck. Somedays it will proc 3 - 4 times right after you put it in before you can switch it out... just all depends on our god, the RNG

Personally I think I would rather have the book on a stick or the skull on a stick rather than the fine steel sword. We already have 3 other warriors in our guild with the book and I feel left out. /cry

It looks like a fine steel sword. Or if you know the graphic of the TSBS it looks like that but a 1hs version.

haha you GOTS to be shitting me...VI makes a book on a stick for the blunt version, yet they can't spare the EXTRA 8 PIXELS TO MAKE A FOOKING SWORD GRAPHIC THAT LOOKS DIFFERENT THAN A RUSTY 2HER ?

Prismatic Warsword looks the same as Primal Warsword, NOT fine steel. Fine steel looks like a dull piece of crap weapon a roman legionaire would use like in Gladiator :p. Twisted Steel Bastard Sword uses a slightly larger graphic of the Prismatic Warsword.

Procs on primal come and go. Sometimes it will proc a bunch, then other times, i feel like i broke it! Occassionally i swap it in for proc, but most the time it's not worth the hassle and mobs usually die before it procs. However, i have noticed that my 2hs procs much more than my 1h.

and btw, i have one of those "book-on-a-stick". i thought it was cool at first, but now it looks goofy, thought amusing hehe. Some times i like to wield it, put on a robe and pretend i'm a wizard! :p as for the 1hs graphic, it looks like a shissar bane 1hs, the old primal 1hs, or any of the velium warswords that came from Western Wastes/Dragon Necropolis

Look at the pic in my Magelo's background. Was taken when I was using Hategiver and Ancient Prismatic Warsword (Hategiver has the same look as AP Mace).

Btw, book on a stick sucks big time :P
