Duo on new server

I am thinking about starting a warrior on the new server. I have 2 accts to 2-box with. What would be the best partner to level the warrior with up to 60?

shamen - may be slow at lower levels, but worth it if yer planing on getting to planes

hey Varf! another Tarew Marian thats good. try seaching for duoing. and druid would be good till like 50's then shaman so choose one or other. druid advantage: ds

50+ slow>>>>> ds

I've been talking about it.

I'm going Mage / Enchanter... But some say Mage / Shaman would be better...

Mages are easy to hotkey... and you don't have to worry about moving forward or back.

So you have a sudo-tank, seconds pet, a nuker, a slower, haster, DS'r, CC'r...

Your only missing a real healer (mage gets some heal spells). So at high level, it might not work well (other then mages can solo most of the time... so it should be doable)... but while your pet can live through a fight... the downtime should be very short since the pet will heal fast by itself (about as fast as your mana).

I have a feeling it will be great 1 - 40... questioning it from that point on...

Now, Mage / Shaman should also great.... better at high levels with slow. But at that point, which one are you hotkeying (mage or shaman)... since neither will do much in a fight but dot and a nuke or two.

If you want to play a tank... Paladin / Shaman sounds sweet.

SK+Shaman is the greatest duo that has melee in it.

snare, fear, buffs, haste, slow, heals, tanking, DPS, pets, dot's, fast mana regen (canni)

specifically, Ogre SK (unstunnable tank, all you can into stamina), and Troll Shaman (wear's plate and has innate regen to canni with, but can wear plate and a JBB is invaluable if you get one).

that is if your going for a straight powergame duo. if you want to take something else for roleplay do that then...this is only a suggestion
