router help

i guess i'm posting this here because soe is stupid...lol...i had to reset a lot of settings and crap on my comp, and soe actually helped me fix it once. i just can't remember what htey told me to do the time they fixed it in the first place...and i can't seem to find a soe representative that can tell me what to do... can anyone help?

If I had to guess you have a Linksys router and are having problems connecting or staying connected. Also check your router manufacturers webpage for the most up to date firmware
