Bah, why risk vehicular assault/manslaughter charges. Just whip into your local gas station and uh...*cough* forget to put the squeege back. :D (JK, my old man ran a gas station for years, you'd be amazed at what people will steal)

When I worked at Ace Hardware, we sold them. Was always back with the cleaners and mops.
