Large race and bash

I just started playing agian after taking a few months off and my barb warrior can no longer bash. Is this a bug or can large races not bash anymore?

You bash by slamming.

You must have a shield equipped to "bash." The innate interrupt ability of large races is "slam."

the keys used to be tied together where you could use either key for either skill. might not be that way anymore. ie need shield equiped to get the bash key to fire the slam. will check it out.

Open your combat skills window and rt click on a button to bring up a list of skills. Bash and slam are listed separately. To bash w/o a shield you need a key saying slam. Note that you cannot slam under the effects of most illusions including share wolf form, boon of the garou, trickster's augmentation and night's dark terror. Even that pesky necro dd that turns you into a skellie blocks slam. Been that way as long as I've been playing and I started just before SoV was released.
