Hello all,
New to the board, thanks for running this forum, hopefully i can glean lots of very usefull information from you highly experenced tanks.
Now for my 1st leech of knowledge.
Is there any hard or soft caps on our attribute's.
Does anyone have any numbers of what our attribute equal. ie: 1 Constitution = X Hps x Level ect.

There are soft caps (or possibly hard...but I think they're soft...) on all stats at 18 * Level. The cap for mitigation and avoidance is 65% vs. an even level. You need 83% vs even level to be capped vs a target 3 levels higher. The maximum block from strength you can acquire is 21%. The maximum parry from dex is 9%.

2. Introduction of English newspapers referring to this study
2.1 Characteristics of English newspapers
Generally speaking, different types of newspapers have some common characteristics. English newspapers have five elements: public, frugality, interesting, timeliness and objectivity. Newspapers are the public media, and the words of writing must be suitable for a large number of readers, and the language must be easily understood. The editors treasure newspaper layout, providing as much information as guide to solo Naggy possible in the limited space. Newspaper has been an emphasis on fun to attract readers. Moreover, timeliness is also a value of the newspapers. Objectivity is needed in pure news on the prospective criteria. Most of English newspapers have a regulate page make-up, like Brabble's posts : special words and short headline. There are a great number of phrases, abbreviations and omit words and sentences in English newspapers. You may know what the passages talk about through reading headline and lead words. The motivations are of some interests or informational value to students to read and write. Above all, articles are well constructed. They illustrate principles of good organization. This enables students to recognize structural and semantic clues that indicate the important ideas and to organize their own ideas in a coherent fashion.
2.2 Classification of English newspapers
Different standards have different classifications. According to different countries, here I will mainly talk about three main typical newspapers from three countries:
American newspapers: The New York Times, The Time, Fortune, Financial Times, USA Today Newsweek, Reader’ Digest, The Washington Post;
British’s newspapers: Financial Times, Guardian newspaper, The Sun;
Chinese newspapers: China Daily, Beijing Review, 21st Century, Shanghai Star.
And reading the newspapers of 21st Century has become a compulsory course in many high schools and universities. As for its Regen über Alles contents, articles within newspapers tend to be in three main types: news articles, opinion articles and feature articles. As for its languages, it can be divided into formal newspapers and informal newspapers. As for its influence, it can be divided into common tabloids and big papers. These Chinese newspapers and some interesting magazines are greatly suited to Chinese learners when they begin to learn English, and then they can choose other newspapers to read.
