So yeah, it's up. But, you can't enter any zones =P It may just be for beta, I have no idea tbh. I just found it weird.

Its so you can reserve your name before the server opens up. :)

I logged onto the Combine server Sunday morning after work and tried something a little different for me --- made a gnome warrior to reserve my name.

Not sure if I play much on that server, but glad I got my original name saved.

The New server will not be up until June 28. All you are doing now is saving your name while it is avaiable. This is also why you are only able to start 1 toon per acct. When it become live you can make 8 toons per account as well as going to zones--- however you will be limited to the zones that you have unlocked.
